So if the WR's sucked then his evaluating talent sucks also Which means more of the same unless something changes. What a track record 0-25 in the development department. All but 3 sucked (who he did not develope;Moss, ARE, Thrash), and two who were not ready to play NFL football. Either physically nor mentally. Which again I hold him responsible for not giving them a work out routine prior to the season and helping them learn the play book during the season.
Witch hunt. maybe. tired of mediocracy...yes. Where would Gibbs have been had he gone 0-25 in his second 2 seasons?

Aren't the high school and college coaches of the receivers in question far more responsible for "development" than the NFL position coach is?
Agree that Hixon isn't helping us discover talent at WR. But he also probably isn't hurting us there. Saunders' background was with receivers, and he was okay with Hixon, but we brought in Lloyd anyway. The guys we've drafted at the position have been total garbage thus far, but at least I hope Malcolm Kelly can break that trend.
