There's a theory going around that the league told the refs at the beginning of the season the screw Gibbs every chance they could but that might be a little over the top. The Philly receiver looked like he stepped out at the 47 to me and even the guys in the booth (including Brian Baldhead who is a known 'skins hater). And let's face it, if Ola Kimrin was so great, he wouldn't have been available in the first place. C'mon we signed him from NFL Europe!
