It's no surprise we sucked. We sucked in the preseason, that wasn't a mirage (I tried to tell ya!). And there's historical precedent: Hasselbeck took a long time to play decently in this offense too.

Expecting the passing game to hit the groud running was entirely unrealistic. We have to try to win with Portis and defense, and hope our passing game does just enough to get by.
