Jordan is clearly weary of youngsters. McGuire almost never plays but seems to do well when given a chance. The biggest problem with him and Pecherov is that they really are lacking in specific areas. Pechrov can't play a lick of defense and McGuire has no offensive game to speak of. There's not a lot of minutes for Pecherov and McGuire I guess.
