While I don't think Caldwell is a Pro Bowler by any means, I think he proved that he was sure handed and ran some great routes when given the chance. I'm saying a three to four year deal and see what the cap space we're left with gives us next year or the year after when we start to see some breathing room...

I don't know that anyone will be breaking the bank for Walker, but given the state of NFL free agency, I could be very surprised. If it's going to take more than $4-$5 mil a year for 3 years with Walker, I don't want him, but I'd give him that much.
I'd rather draft a guy in round 1 or 2 and have him be the number 2 and let Caldwell be number 4. Problem is, I don't think Caldwell can play teams, so that's left to Mix. It's not an easy situation, but I don't believe not getting a receiver is an option. I could see them drafting Harris from MSU or Manningham and be relatively pleased. I would rather have Limas Sweed, but my feeling is they can't stand pat...
