I respect the opinions of others but an owner shouldn't put together a staff before a head coach unless he just wants to bring in a yes man coach.

Most successful coaches are going to want to do things their own way. They are going to get the praise and blame so why not do it on their own terms.

My theory is that DS is too meddlesome and VC is a below average executive vice president.
