If it rains Glenn won't play Sunday + 4 inactives

Terry Glenn's debut could be ruined by the weather.
A 60 percent chance of rain could keep Glenn out of Sunday's game at Washington because of the field conditions, Phillips said. Glenn has not played this year because of two surgeries to his right knee.
"I don't want to put a guy out there coming off a knee injury in harm's way," Phillips said. "Other than that, I think Terry Glenn will be ready to play."
