And considering he's just recently started his 16th game, I think he's ahead of schedule when compared to a lot of other young starters like Eli Manning, Rex Grossman, Alex Smith, Matt Leinart, etc.

Don't forget Peyton...he had a horrible first 16 games in his first starts. Something like 23 ints(?)
Campbell looks pretty damn good for a QB his age, experience and caliber. Not ready to annoint him "the next coming" but admittedly he shows a lot of promise.
I think he has been held back a bit especially in the red zone, he has shown good poise and deicision making when they allow him to throw in the red zone. But as evident this past Sunday, there seems to be a strong aversion to passing the ball inside the 20 and Gibbs wants to just pound it in. I seem to remember that costing the Redskins a couple of games in the second half this year. Division games too.
