Sorry, people who know me know that I tend to shy away from being so harsh and I too am really disappointed with our 2nd half implosion, but I'm getting really really really really tired of seeing the same "I'm freaking out" posts. The coaches made some mistakes, the players made some mistakes, and things didn't go our way yesterday. Deal.

See, the problem with this is that paints people with too broad a brush. I'm not in the "F"/"Fire" anybody group, however, I am upset about the loss and would like to discuss the reasons why I am upset on the site that I frequent. I said that this team looked like the Norv era Skins because they did
yesterday. I agree with your general sentiment, but there seem to be a number of groups within the people who are complaining about the loss. At least a few people think this is an example of why Gibbs can't win and the team won't be good. Others, like myself, believe yesterday was a blip on the radar, but it could have easily been prevented. I don't want anyone fired. I think this team is heading in the right direction and they will continue to improve because Campbell will continue to improve.
I would not have been happy if they won in OT yesterday, I would have been happy about 3-0, but I'd be pissed that it got that far. I think there are some people who take these things to the extremes, but to act like we shouldn't still be talking about the game the day after it occurred is a little unrealistic, especially considering they don't play again for 2 weeks.
