At vets minimum, it's a question. At anything higher, it isn't.

Espy, while no sure thing to break out, is the only receiver with any likelihood to make the roster under 25. As much as I want to "win now", we can't jettison the future stability of the WR corps in order to improve ourselves at the #4 WR.

If McCardell could come in and play 80% of the snaps at #2, then he helps us next year in a manner that makes this palatable. But that also means that Randle-El and Lloyd are not on the field those times, which would be an abject failure.
