The postseason awards are on par with the Pro Bowl. It's a popularity contest and yes in the end some people get screwed.
Personally I don't see it as big deal.

No one is really saying it's a big deal...it's not like the MVP award, but it still doesn't change the fact that Young didn't deserve it.
