Specifically, F... people that don't understand what it means to let others work in when they are doing multiple sets.
This has really been bugging me for a while now. The 'Y' that I go to is pretty busy, and there are signs all over the place that say, "Please allow others to work in when doing multiple sets". I've never seen anyone follow this rule. There's nothing more annoying than waiting to use a machine when some jerkoff is doing 2-3 sets and resting for a few minutes in between each set. And they'll sit there and give YOU a dirty look like you're the one doing something wrong.
