I think we can all agree that the current set up
is not working , however, in the absence of one person to blame, i.e. Millen in Detroit, the blame has to go to who has been designated by reputation as the primary talent evaluator and that's been Vinny. The mistakes of Gibbs II have been noted so much it's not worth reapeating but it's clear that something needs fixing. Einstien said once the definition of insanity is repeating the same actions and expecting different results. Our drafting record since Cerrato has been around is abysmal, free agency has been more negative than positive, other than Moss and Portis the trading decisions have been dubious. I fear until Snyder sells the team or becomes COMPLETELY uninvolved (I know all he does is negotiate and sign checks now) we're doomed to repeat our failures of the past.
