Please note that I'm also coordinating this effort with readers of the Washington Post sports blogs (Redskins Insider and Steinberg's Sports Bog) and am not opposed to extending invitations to other forums that want to participate. So I think we want to make sure we don't sound like this is just a small group of people -- the goal here is to be a very large group of fans.

This is a good start for when we get to the stage where we're ready to determine what project we want to do -- so with your permission, I'll hold onto this until we're ready for that.

I am working on a mission statement that will define the project's goals and what we hope to accomplish. Anyone got a good idea for the name of the project or group? My rather lame working title was "Art's House" but it would be nice to come up with something that better captures the spirit, with bonus points if the name has a sly reference to the Hall of Fame built in...
