In Norv's 7 years if we would have ever had a kicker we would have won 10 more games I bet and things would have turned out a little different for Norv. No question that he wasn't the best manager of people but he could run an offense.

We were in major rebuilding mode for a good bit of Norv's tenure here too. Due to bad drafting and FA's, it took awhile to win. Had Dan not blown up the team w/ the whole Jeff George debacle who knows??

So to say he was a complete failure is a bit much, as i would lay some blame around to others. JG's hasn't done much better in his second stint, so far.
