Rocky McIntosh may have been overrated for the 35th pick, according to draft experts and Mel Kiper and That Guy (I'm convinced That Guy knows as much as Kiper about the draft), but it holds no relevance because each player is drafted for a specific fit in a system. Draft experts all analyze the SUPPLY side of player talent. They take a look at what a player does well, his strengths, weaknesses, etc. But they rarely consider the DEMAND side, meaning what the NFL team needs him to do. Rocky is worth the 35th pick because GW believed that while there were many LBs available, Rocky was one of the very few who could do what GW DEMANDS.
