I'd agree about the border, but not so much the mineral deal, as I believe his Ukraine policies of which this is a part of have done serious damage to US alliances and standing in the world. In addition to his border success, I'd add his deregulation efforts, which are spot on. That said the problem with administrations going back to Obama's first term is deliberately taking action to damage or destroy the predecessors' policies/actions whether they were good or bad (Another mark against Obama - who IMO is the most overrated President we've ever had - overrated doesn't mean the worst or even bad).
