I think that if they win the Superbowl before the stadium they may keep the name, but there is a huge fan base that wants the name changed, and I think Harris and the ownership group know that. They said early on that there is a lot to fix before the name issue was a primary issue. This year showed that a lot of the fixes are in place. Look at it this way, the stadium lease is up in 2027, per league rules the name can't be changed until 2027, and a new stadium will be announced around 2027. So for me, until 2027 and a new stadium comes around, I will hold out hope that the ownership will respect the majority of fans wish to get rid of the name Commanders. If we enter the new stadium with the moniker than I will believe it isn't changing.
