And I hate to say it but we need to follow the Bill B school of roster management - when a longtime vet starts getting injured or his play drops in his 30's, they gotta go. Even if they're a stud team leader like Jonathan Allen.

Yeah they've both been playing a ton of snaps last few years, eventually that is going to catch up to them.
In the end Newton was just too good to pass up regardless of need.
