It takes the right 100 people to do that. One coach, no matter who it is, cannot win with a sucky team, look at Darth hoodie.

Also, Gibbs was recommending Rivera to f*cking Dan Snyder, not to a competent owner.
Not to take away from the fact that Rivera royally f*cked up this year, but in the first three years with Snyder, no coach (except Gibbs) was going to be succesful.
People forget that Ron's hire and the whole notion of "him being in charge" was just another ruse by Snyder, since he knew everything was collapsing around him.
