The culture bullshit is overrated. Ron and multi-time loser GM Martin Meyhew mismanaged this roster from day 1 when they chose Chase Young over solid QB prospects.
Then they went on to decimate the Oline moving on from Trent, Schreff and Morgan Moses. Gave the big contract to injury prone Center which will still will be paying on next year. Missed on all free agent Oline players.
They ignored LB position, missing on Jamin Davis. Giving a huge contract to a CB who couldn’t play zone.
Quan Martin and Mathis literally throw away second round picks which most agree were taking way too high. They have contributed absolutely nothing to this team.
