Idk what it is but the seasons we tend to suck the hardest also tend to be the seasons a lot of teams suck the hardest - thus preventing us from achieving a top 3 pick. CY99 in 2020? was the first time in a while we've had a top 3 pick. Usually we're mediocre enough to be top 10 but not top 3.
