I agree that particular trade is a tad generous, but not by much. It really just depends on how desperate a team is (or teams are) to get that 5th pick - depending on who may be sitting there.
According to the
Rich Hill Model - Trade Value Chart, the 5th pick is worth
468.
Pick #12 is worth 347 and pick #49 is worth 118 for a total of
465.
With that in mind, I would expect
something else to be thrown in. Doesn't mean it would be a future 2nd and 3rd, but it all depends on the negotiations...
