Tepper is becoming the new Dan Snyder. Fortunately for us, it's with the Panthers. I would not be surprised if Tepper made that Bryce Young pick. This dude seems very much hands on like Jimmy Haslam is for the Browns. Who else makes that bone headed Johnny Manziel pick? Both of those douche bags were part owners of the Steelers so I guess they think they know something about football because they were around smart minds. SPOILER ALERT: they do not.
