We haven't been able to find the linebackers for a 4-3, let alone a 3-4!
But it'll be the new coaching staffs call, notably the new HC. If he picks a 3-4 DC, then they'll find a way to make the 3-4 work. If they do though, I have to wonder how they make the Payne-Allen combo work?
