I think Ron has the respect of a lot of people league wide, and he is a professional coach in terms of how he conducts himself. With that being said I've lost confidence in his ability to lead this team. JDR should've been long gone, Ron has too much loyalty to the people he likes.

51 games as a HC and we have led at halftime in 15 of those games. It's unfathomably bad. I think the only reason Ron has lasted this long is a weird set of circumstances and his professionalism.
