I am not a fan of McCarthy however that being said I would prefer having a congress that will actually work to passing a spending bill for the 2 million civilian workers instead of the BS that is going to happen. I don't know what the Democrats end game was here. They missed a golden opportunity to say they are supporting a congress that will get things done instead of throwing it to chaos. On the republican side Gaetz will be disappointed when he sees that a 14 year old girl isn't going to be elected speaker.
