Re: Manders vs Broncos pre game

Denver's first game wasn't an impressive outing (loss to division rival at home and scored only 16 points). No sacks on Jimmy G (not known to be elusive), although they did limit the Raiders to 61 yards rushing (Josh Jacobs had only 2.53 yds/carry). On offense, 177 passing yards on 27 receptions (dink and dunk), and not much of a running game. Semajae Perine (remember him?) was Denver's leading receiver. Only 260 total yards of offense.

This is a winnable game -- the Broncos aren't exactly flush with talent. Our D should be better than the Raiders too. Our offense needs to step up, plain and simple. If they do, we have a very good chance to win. If not, it will be a long day and low scoring crapfest. Good teams win winnable games like this one. We'll see if we are.
