But what's their motivation? The trade up to #1 is only likely in order to get the QB of choice now, given that the Texans will likely be taking the 2nd choice (can't see them trading up just that one spot). All the teams looking for a QB will be trying to get through to the Bears FO and possibly offering the earth. What are the Hawks or Lions going to be after with the 1st pick that they likely can't wait for until the 5th/6th pick for? The top prospects are DL and QB, and there's likely going to be at least 2 DL available at #5. Hawks might want to look at a QB, but Geno did well and Levis or Stroud should still be there at #5 anyway (assuming Young is the #1 prospect). Lions seem happy with Goff now, so do they want to give up all the picks it would take to have that guy sit on the bench 2+ years?

I'd bet it's the likes of Colts, Raiders, Panthers and maybe even the Saints that will be more likely. Especially the Colts with the #4 pick and 6 others to barter with (including our 3rd ) this year alone. From #4 to #1 it likely wouldn't take a monster deal. Raiders probably have the capital too, though the Panthers do have 2 x 2's...
