4 wide ... 3 receivers go beyond the sticks, Cousins with some incoming pressure but nothing hot hot .. makes a quick decision to check it down to the outlet guy
Outlet guys imo are check down if-all-else-fails options .. and thats on normal plays, not your season on the line and you need 8 yards plays.
