He got the job at Clev and got them to the playoffs once, then Modell moved the team. But what is his record w/ out Brady? Seems like he is just a really good coach that lucked out w/ Brady. Even his 2001 SB team had numerous Parcells leftovers. Plus his drafts have been subpar at best.

Who do you think is? I think he is very good too. You give any other current coach Mac Jones or Bailey Zappe and they are not nearly as successful. Only other coaches I think could take those two and squeeze some juice are Shanny and McVeigh
