Looking at the Cowboys free agency status…they are fucked. They can’t even cut Zeke, Lawrence or T Smith to get relief.
Right now they are est 13 million over the cap.
They could designate Cooper as a post June 1 and get 18 million in relief with a 2 mill dead cap.
