Usually when I say not a cult - it refers to the fanbase worshipping their savior through physical things - like paintings depicting Trump as some immortal creature or decorating your truck with a bunch of large flags showing your love of Trump/hatred of the libs. Idolizing Trump is an art-form in and of itself - there is no other modern-day politician whose fans take their hero worship to such extremes. It's very, dare I say, cult-like?
