Just went through Cards @ Seahawks from last week.
Both their lines are suspect. Not much pressure from their Dline. Their
LB corps is slow and undisciplined. Bobby Wagner is a good player but the 31 yrs old are starting to show.
What I like for us is that
Heinicke has always been very comfortable
throwing in the middle of the field AND he's shown signs of massive
improvement in anticipation throws... which matches really well with the
holes in their zones, slow LBs not taking enough depth and safeties taking too much will give us opportunities like this one:
Also, I'm happy that we've cleaned up our
blown coverage issues by week 12, it seems they still have theirs:
On offense,
Locket is fast and Metcalf will catch some balls, but their
Oline is struggling. I think the
right side of their line has issues with stunts, I would call quite a lot of those. 2 examples below (I had seen another one earlier in the game but couldn't find it back):
We're a
slight favorite in this one, and if we can keep
Wilson under pressure, I see no reason why we can't
win a 3rd in a row ! Let's go !
