Looking good for all parties involved imo.
We could lose the rest of the games this year and bringing RR aboard would still be the right call.
For this organization at that time .. RR was the right guy at the right time for us. He doesnt seem to be a X and O genius and hes not under 40 ... but hes smart enough to identify what he does well and allocates to people for things he doesnt do well.
RR was and is much more than a HC for this organization. He was the PR face of it last year during a tough time, he built an entire FO and Coaching Staff, he got Snyder to double the scouts and asst coaches and asst GMs he brought in.
RR has elevated this franchise from a bottom 3 in terms of staff/infrastructure/scouting to now I feel like we are middle of the road. Which is a huge improvement from where we were.
