Look above ^It was always the plan...Biden administration has done a good job to continue roll out the vaccine. but Trump administration plan had the same forecast as supplies of the vaccine increased.
A hiccup with the j&j pause and poor cdc messaging multiple times, but you can’t expect perfection.
