Yep, if he can come back healthy and 100%, Dak is probably a couple tiers above all "available" free agent QBs.
Mariota is not markedly better, if he's at all better, than the likes of J Winston, A Dalton, T Taylor, or R Fitzpatrick...probably not even J Brissett or M Trubisky - all of whom you don't have to trade assets for.
