Well let's just hope that is hearsay and/or both countries aren't that petty. A vaccine that can reach everyone would be good for local, state, and federal governments regardless of country, which would be in turn good for us as we trade with most countries and definitely England.
I believe a flu shot only costs like 25 bucks. I think the time to mass manufacture a proven vaccine will be more of an issue than the costs.
