The only person we "missed out on" is Cooper. For Austin Hooper, we got outbid by the Browns.
It sounds that from everything that has taken place, is that the team has been disciplined about not going over their set limit on certain players. As opposed to everyone not wanting to come to DC.
Also, people have been clamoring for a rebuild, but now they want the team to go after a bunch of pricey free agents like we are a playoff/super bowl contender? I don't get it. I guess I would imagine that happening from fans, but not the media.
But then again, Grant Paulsen is the next Jason Reid.
