Coaching is definitely the majority of our problem. We have guys that Saban won big with in college. We have issues with scheme, strategy, play calling, motivation, and discipline.

The front office deserve tons of blame too - Bruce is the reason we don't have Cousins right now and that's enough in and of itself to fire the douche.

But this is 8-8 talent and Gruden can't even get them to look competitive against the Giants. It's pretty clear Gruden was propped up big time by some impressive assistant coaches early in his Redskins tenure. Without them he looks like shit.
