I see that last season the Chiefs led the NFL in penalties and penalty yards. That sure trashed their season, all the way up to the AFC Championship game.
BTW, Redskins were assessed 115 penalties and were 7th in the league in 2018 in penalties.
In 2017, you only had 92 penalties assessed and were one of the least penalized teams in the league and 27 other teams had more penalties called against them.

This is what they want, tho. A drone like you referring strictly to the numbers. You're being as naive as they expect you to, no offense. It's not about the volume, or the yards, it's ALLLLLL about the timing of the calls and the impact they have on specific games. Period. It's not rocket science (even tho you want to take that approach in your evaluation).
