I'd stay with Colt and JJ. Don't sign anyone. Don't draft anyone unless BPA at 15 is a QB. Don't trade up.
Cutting Alex Smith after next season will save 16M. Then hopefully we're in position to bring in a
new HC that will be more than happy to have a pretty high draft pick to use on
his QB of the future, a decent amount of cap space to spend in FA, and a young roster built through the draft the past few years.
