We need to get a young QB on the roster, but I don't think we are pressed to spend a 1st round on one unless we really like the guy. I don't know if Im getting rid of Jay, but Im firing the O Coordinator and bring in a vet OC to run the offense. There should be some decent ones available.

Jay is the o-coordinator. I think there might be a guy there with the title, but it's name only. IIRC Jay said he would resume coordinator responsibilities with McVay gone. I know he's def. the playcaller though.
Which leads to my next point: If true, Jay needs to hire someone to be the main o-coordinator and run the offense. If he stays I would prefer he focus all his time on HC responsibilities.
