Boy was that a different place and time, 49ers won a defensive struggle 7-3, but Giants went on to beat them 15-13 in NFC Championship on 5 FGs. Unlike most fans today I like to watch low scoring games as long as it is good defense and not bad offense causing the lack of scoring.
