I realize its their first time on air (I think), but the new MNF team was just bad and really distracted from the game rather than enhancing it. When they weren't spouting banalities, they were offering insights that were just not, well, insightful. Yeah the new booth wasn't good. I think the play by play guy Tessitore is an upgrade over McDonough, he brings more in terms of energy... but Witten and McFarland need work.
Witten needs to realize there is a camera in front of him that he should be talking to and I thought Booger needs to slow down, I found him hard to understand at times. Neither of them added much in terms of insight, and they almost seemed to be forcing lines in like praising Darnold when he just got a ball batted back in his face.
