Gruden hasn't been dealt a great hand. He's lost two 1000 yard receivers. His 1000 yard tight end never plays. He's went through running backs like they're disposable. The entire offensive line is injured. His number one draft pick out on IR. Other key members of the defense injured. Poor special teams play. Yet, Gruden has kept the team fighting hard, but eventually there's just too much to overcome. Firing Gruden won't fix anything.

I don't know that we'll ever see a 14-2 skins team again, I'm 30 and I damn near have given up hope the rest of my life.
