Are you 100% sure about that?
The way I understood it from Cooley and Kevin's show is the 2 first rounders are the starting point of the negotiation, in a non-exclusive tag where the Redskins don't match an offer made by a team, but if this team says "we won't give more than a first and a second, take that or keep KC" I think it's up to the Redskins to decide what they want to do...
How wrong am I?
