This is my top 17 choices if we stay at 17, meaning I'd pick them in this order. This is assuming we keep Cousins. If for any reason he leaves, Watson jumps to the top of the list:

Note - the only reason Jamal Adams wasn't included is that he projects as a SS and we are moving Cravens there.
