I don't know about other teams worst, except the Chargers and Ryan Leaf. But RG3 was our worst draft pick ever. We would be so much better if we had just stood pat, drafted Cousins or Wilson, and used all those other picks in the RG3 trade.
Even not considering the trade, the RG3 pick was an all-time bust.
