Most of us picked us to have a worse record but be a better team. I think we could say with confidence that's what happened this year. The Bengals tie still pisses me off to no end (AND the Lions loss, but it looks like he's doing that to everyone) but we're doing damn good considering where we were a few years ago. I think a heavy investment into defense in the offseason to where the offense doesn't have to carry the team and we'll look like a legitimate contender. |
Exactly. Bottom line is that we are real close to being a one loss team rite now! Are you kidding me? There is not one team that would say, "ok we got the Skins this week - we should win this game". Not one. We are legit rite now because of that alone. Two years ago, and for many years prior, we were considered a gimme. We were a dumpster fire, and nobody was taking us seriously. On top of that our season would be well over in late October. We are in the midst of a two year period where we win more than we lose, and this year we never get blown out. Now people like to complain that we are never winning comfortably. Lol.
